In the Kitchen

How they actually come together.

Most cakes take two days. One for the bake, one for the build. These are quick snaps from the bench while we work.

Hands piping buttercream rosettes — Piping. The slow part.

Pouring chocolate ganache over chilled cake — Ganache, while it's still warm.

Finished cake being boxed for delivery — Boxed up, two hours before pickup.

We sent a photo of a cake we'd seen on Pinterest at 11pm. By morning she'd messaged back with a sketch and a price. The actual cake looked better than the reference. My daughter still talks about it.
